- The service centre has attained the DELL SERVICE AGENT accreditation status after a full on-site audit of our facilities, processes, procedures and personnel by DELL. This ensures that DELL customers are able to receive consistent, high quality technical support on DELL product in Ghana.
- We represent all the leading information technology (IT) equipment and service providers- HP, TOSHIBA, ACER, DELL, TRENDNET, APC, VISION UPS, ETC.
- We operate a call centre manned by experienced and friendly customer service executives and technicians. Customers’ requests, complaints and enquiries are logged into a database and resolved on phone where possible.
Our technical team is certified to deploy DELL EMC solutions.
